Translation: Anyone wanna buy 16GB white iphone 4s Fido/Rogers?

I'm pretty sure this guy working in one of the chinese Fido dealer (Unit D15) in Pacific Mall, see the following post:

I am wondering if Rogers/Fido allows him to do so

They probably don't allow it, but if it doesn't cost them money they probably don't care.

It's somewhat acceptable to help their friends or relatives get iphones.

But I'm pissed off that they sell iphone 4S overtly and make a profit themselves. It's absolutely unfair to those who line up at the dealer's stores for iphones 4S on the launch date thru activations or renewals, but get lesser chance to get 1 owing to some inventories have been grabbed at by privileged staff.

If this is a "real" dealer, they are breaching FIDO's agreement with Apple and their dealer agreement with FIDO. Not illegal, but a civil breach of contract, which might hurt the dealer and/or FIDO in getting stock of future iPhone releases in advance of the official release date.
