    I didn't know the SH7218u has a 3.5mm headphone connection.
If so, all headphones with a 3.5mm jack will work, so you're good buying the ebay headphones.

I'm pretty sure the SH7218u has a standard docomo/SoftBank earphone connector. You need to buy an adaptor before you can use 3.5mm headphones.

No need for the adaptor, just any 3.5mm headset will work.

I doubt a mini USB headset will work. Just get an iPhone headset off ebay and try that.

Really? Judging by the size of the usb port next to the headphone connection, I'd say it's 3.5mm
Also, various Chinese websites seem to suggest it's got a 3.5mm connection?
I'm sure there are other SH7218u owners on this forum who can give us a definitive answer? Anyone? XD

Oh, based on the image it looked like a 3.5mm port. Looked on a few Chinese websites and it does indeed have a 2.5mm headset jack (just google sh7218u 2.5mm).

    This: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-5mm-Male-3...item3a69658e07

2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter will be your best friend. Or just get a 2.5mm headset. Not sure if you'll be able to use a mic if you use the adapter, so if you plan on using the mic for phone calls, you might want something like this:

Umm... okay. Not sure if you didn't read the posts above you but the SH7218u has a 2.5mm jack, not a 3.5mm so you WILL need an adapter.

No no no no no! I (wrongly) assumed it was a 3.5mm headset jack- turns out, it's a 2.5mm jack. You'll need to look on ebay for a 2.5mm headset (if you need the mic) or a 2.5-3.5mm adapter.
