Help ... input new carrier data info on samsung gravity touch t669

i just purchased a unlocked samsung gravity touch t669 . It was a demo and bell was the original carrier. I am using chatr (rogers) on it now and the phone works fine but cant access the web. I have a data plan , ive asked samsung , ive asked chatr , no help!!! I did get new settings from chatr ( ip address , port , apn ) but i cant find on the phone where to type them in?? no one can !! Nothing in the manual at all on this subject . Any help would be greatly appreciated , thanks

unable to process request, thats what i got , actually i did manage to get online but orginally the phone was a bell phone and i think thats where im having problems . is there any way to bring it back to before bell software was loaded? master reset does not work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also this phone is supposed to have a-gps which i cant find or activate .in camera mode i can turn it on but i dont think its the same thing. google maps cant zero in on me , only approximate from cell towers. have downloaded gps turn by turn software but it cant find gps???????????do you know of any codes for this phone?????pc's are more of my thing , but this phone ( i think ) is only a smaller slower pc. thanks for your responce thogh , hope to hear from you soon about my comments , thanks Peter
