They don't have any roaming agreement with Rogers. Wind does I believe, but it's true roaming and you pay per use.
Bell will roam on Rogers in Manitoba (only) on the 2G network
It is sad I need to state the obvious but some people just don't get it. Any posts I make are my own OPINIONS and in no way represent the views of my employer
^Who told you a Bell HSPA phone can not use Rogers 2G GSM Network, All Bell HSPA Phones are quad band GSM, so assuming there is a Roaming agreement with Rogers or any other Canadian GSM operator they sure can roam.
Also latest Bell CDMA Network is not 2G, in addition to it being 2G there is also 3G CDMA Network almost every where in the country.
Actually they do have a roaming agreement, through MTS (who's GSM network is basically Rogers-built and run). That agreement extends GSM access beyond city centers which already have HSPA/UMTS.
...and it's not "mute" it's "moot" ... <rolls eyes>

I agreee that it COULD, but it's a totally mute point because the agreement is not in place to make it possible.
Cheeri'o...

Please Note: I do not work for Bell. I also do not work for any wireless retail outlet.
Do not ask me about promotions or offers from wireless providers.

It's mute to me......
That is good to know. However I've never experienced it. In all my travels in and around MB, my Bell phone either has 3G+ or nothing. I've never experienced 3G (and this is even sitting beside someone with a Rogers phone).
