I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy s2 phone and surprisingly the Wifi Calling feature for tmob was no on it even though it was on the site when I purchased it.
I called tmobile they said a new update will be out soon with no definite answer.
I have poor reception at home and was using the Wi-fi Calling feature on my Samsung Galaxy Vibrant.
it is easy to add-on,
wi-fi calling virtually works on any Android phone with wi-fi, t-mobile or non-t-mobile branded androided.
my unlocked at&t infuse works well my t-mobile wi-fi calling add-on

OK, may you buy me forthcoming NS II (Galaxy Nexus) and apply whatever you said?

Hopefully some developers can capture the update and examine and figure out how to install it on other Android phones.
A side note: rooting and kernel modification are incurred.
First thing yesterday morning, I was prompted for a software update on my Galaxy S2. Ater the update, I was informed that I had an older SIM card and had to get a new one. I stopped by the T-Mobile store and had a new one installed (would not have had to do it if the sales associate had installed the SIM that came with the phone rather than swapping the SIM from the HTC sensation on to the S2). Anynyways, the wifi calling feature is now available on my phone. But, still having issues with the SIM compatibility. I will post again once everything is up an running.
T-Mobile had installed a couple of updates yesterday (must have done it remotely as I did not see any messages on the phone). I was asked to shut down the phone and re-start it. wifi calling works!
edit: UPS delivered my GS2 today. It too had v2.3.5 w/o wifi calling... I just finished updating my phone's OS via Kies, it took about an hour to install the software on my laptop and do the phone OS update
