I tried everything! (HOW TO REMOVE DUPLICATE NOTES)

Originally I had an iPhone and now I have gotten a Blackberry BOLD 9900 with Desktop Manager FOR MAC.

I have around 200-300 notes but because of duplicates, 990 are showing.

In the Desktop manager I found that it syncs notes from "Apple Mail" so here's what I did:

#1 Categorized the notes by subject
#2. Deleted all duplicate notes on APPLE MAIL
#3. Opened desktop manager, clicked on "DEVICE", "CLEAR Data..." and selected ONLY "Memos"

Now my device had 0 notes...perfect!

#4. Synced Notes from Desktop manager selecting "REPLACE ALL NOTES ON DEVICE"

AGAIN 990 notes came out of nowhere!!!!!?

    Please help!!

How do I get rid of duplicates? They no longer exist in my MAIL APP but for some reason they still show up when I sync

Sorry for your difficulties., I have no clue how to fix this lol.

Your duplicates are for SMS reason coming from MAIL. How many email accounts do you have n mail? Also do you have iCloud set to sync an account in mail and does it have notes? Check for duplicates in mail in NOTES expand that list and I'll bet there is where the root o your issue lies.

Ps: do you have another email program like Outlook 2011 for Mac installed with another email account? As long as that app does not sync with. Items on the BB then you're fine.

Thanks for the reply. All these small issues made me go back to the iPhone and syncing is awesome with this iCloud thing. I update something on my phone, right away it shows up on my computer without cable.
