If you dial a 310 "7digit number service" number on Chatr, you are incorrectly billed as a toll rather than as a local or toll free call.

To avoid dealing with Chatr's very fast to reach a live person, but woefully mis-informed customer service, just prefix any 310 calls with a local area code and (if within a "Chatr Zone") and you will not be charged.

e.g. dial 416-310-BELL rather than 310-BELL or 905-310-1010 or 416-310-1010 rather than 310-1010 to order from Pizza Hut

Now will parent Big Red Cellco refund charges to folks that don't call in? Or have called in and have been refused credits?
