What Taxes are charged by Straight Talk?

Can any of you Straight Talk customers tell me what taxes are paid monthly? Do you pay sales tax on your re-up fee? Any other taxes?

Straight Talk collects whatever taxes your state and local governments impose upon the transaction.

When I refill at StraightTalk.com, I get charged about $1.25/mo in taxes. Yours is likely in that neighborhood, I'd say its probably a $1-$2 range. If I buy refill from Walmart.com, no taxes, but that depends entirely on your state.

The 3-month refills on ST's web site are still a good deal (< $45/mo), even with taxes.

I get taxed about $3 whether I purchase over the phone, in Wal Mart, or online.

Okay, so is it fair to say that you are getting charged SALES TAX when you re-up?

Are any of you in Oregon or another state where there is no sales tax, and still getting taxes added on when you re-up?

Some states charge sales tax on prepaid refills, others dont. California for one doesn't.

When I re-up on ST's web site though, I get charged 911 fee and some other tax.

Would this 3 months card works with the Nokia e71?
