Your database belongs to you as it pertains to equipment sales. So if you sold someone a phone, with or without service, and in the process of the sale you captured the customer's address, phone number, email, etc, that is your database. VZW can lay claim to the customer info pertaining to their service. So technically, you cannot sell the info as to rate plans or features on the account. I am quite sure of this interpretation. As a practical matter, how are they gonna tell if you also sold the service info? On a related note, if they come to you and ask you to provide all your customer info to them, which they put in your contract, you can tell them that they already have it, as all customers are activated in their system. They are not entitled to info about customer's who came in and bought a charger or a bluetooth. None of their business. Hope this helps.
I'll trade you 3 generic micro VPC's, an iPhone 4 otterbox defender case (black - no packaging but case is in LIKE NEW condition), and a package of iPhone 4 screen protectors ( 8/10 remaining!!) for your customer database. I think you will find the value of this offer > the previous offers! Let me know ASAP as I have some other inbound trade offers on my merchandise.
