This is what I did and my MMS started working.
*GO TO THE ANDROID MARKET AND DOWNLOAD "ANY CUT"
*ONCE DOWNLOADED, OPEN UP THE ANY CUT PROGRAM> THEN CLICK NEW SHORTCUT> THEN CLICK ACTIVITY> THEN GO DOWN AND LOCATE APNS, CLICK ON IT AND IT SHOULD CREATE A SHORTCUT ON YOUR MAIN SCREEN.
*FIND APNs ON YOUR MAIN SCRREN AND OPEN IT UP. IT SHOULD BE BLANK. (NOTE) IF IT HAS A VERYZON APN > CLICK AND CHANGE THE SETTINGS TO THE ONES BELOW:

    Name: metropcs
    APN: internet
    proxy: wap.metropcs.net:3128
    port: 3128
    username: your10digitphonenumber@mymetropcs.com
    password: metropcs
    server: wap.metropcs.net
    mmsc: http://mms.metropcs.net:3128/mmsc
    mms proxy: wap.metropcs.net
    mms port: 3128
    mmc: 310
    mnc: 004
    auth type: none
    apn type: not set

*NOW PRESS THAT BOTTOM LEFT AND HIT SAVE. YOU HAVE AN APN WITH THE NAME METROPCS. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT ON THE RIGHT AND IT SHOULD HAVE A GREEN DOT IN IT
THATS HOW YOU KNOW ITS CHECKED. THEN YOU CAN EXIT OUT.
*NOW GO BACK TO ANY CUT AND CLICK ON IT> THEN HIT NEW SHORTCUT> THEN ACTIVITY> NOW GO DOWN TO THE BOTTOM
AND CLICK PROXY SETTINGS> THEN HIT OK AND IT WILL CREATE A SHORTCUT> THEN LOCATE THE SHORTCUT AND CLICK ON IT.
IT SHOULD BE BLANK. INPUT THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS.

    HOSTNAME: proxy.metropcs.net
    PORT: 3128
    AFTER THAT HIT SAVE.
*NOW GO TO DIALER AND DIAL ##7764726 (ENTER YOUR SPC PASSWORD>SHOULD BE 000000 AS A DEFAULT)
*SCROLL DOWN AND CLICK ON SMS/MMS SETTINGS
*FIND MML SERVER NAME AND CHANGE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS TO wap.metropcs.net AND HIT DONE
*LOCATE MAXIMUM MMS MESSAGE SIZE (BYTE) AND CLICK ON IT. CHANGE THE DEFAULT NUMBERS TO 5000>HIT DONE
*PRESS HOME BUTTON AND YOU SHOULD BE BACK TO MAIN SCREEN>REBOOT YOUR DEVICE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MMS WORKING.
(NOTE) YOU CAN DELETE THE SHORTCUTS YOU MADE BEFORE, BUT DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.
LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS OR ELSE I WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER METHOD.

Thing is, I'm on MIUI. I can't get into the Programming menu. I even tried AnyCyt, No go.

I'm gonna tell everyone that I tried everything you can think of. I found oakieville's thread that tells you exactly how it works. Look him up. I would post the link, but I'm on tapatalk. Google him. He's on Team Nocturnal and xda
