Would a Speakout LOCKED phone work with Fido SIM ?

Hello Guys,
It has been reported several times that 7/11 locked phones runs on Rogers network just fine.
My question is, since it running on Rogers network anyway, would it work with a Fido/PetroCanada/Chatr SIM ?

Speakout SIM locks are identical to Rogers, which are different from Fido. It just means that Rogers towers are serving both Fido and Rogers MCC/MNC.

Does this mean that Fido phones will use both Fido and Rogers networks?

I'm using a locked speakout phone with a Fido prepaid sim right now. It works fine.
