    Network out of order

    Hi,

BB9700 sending SMS is not working. I keep getting a red X with the message network out of order. Receiving is fine. It just started happening today.

I have tried a battery pull and switching the setting for Network To Send Over as well as verified the Service Center is correct.

I've opened a ticket with Wind but was wondering if anyone else is having issues sending texts.

    Thanks,

I had issues from 5 AM to about 8:30AM this morning (no data, delayed texts), but the problems seemed to have cleared up.

No, I'm an Android user, actually. Not exactly sure what the problem was...

apparently there is a outage in the GTA which is affecting service :S as they are upgrading towers.

Hopefully they're upgrading towers without the 21 mbps HSPA+ update to that update.
Or better yet, (something that could affect data more) implementing HSUPA.
    Nevermind Bell.. LTE is fine.
