They now have the same plan, but it includes 3000 min daytime instead of 1500. I currently have it on my two phones.
Also there are port in billing credits.

Best part...never have to renegotiate credits. The features are there and part of the plan.
For me it is...For you, YMMV.
got the plan from the phone call, and call back 10 times to cancel my second line. Now only one line in my account. LOL
Be Cautious!!!
I tried inquiring about this plan and I have spoken to 2 sales representatives over the phone and 1 sales representative at a Telus Corporate store and They have outlined that the Canada & U.S. Long Distance feature that is built into this plan is not Unlimited and can only be used with the included 3000 minutes. What this means is that if you make any long distance calls from your unlimited evenings and weekends or if you receive a call as part of your unlimited incoming minutes when you are out of your local calling area the long distance gets deducted from your 3000 daytime minutes. For Example if I use 2000 minutes long distance in the evenings and weekends that means I only get 1000 daytime minutes. The sales representative over the phone tried to convince me that it was still an amazing plan but I declined to activate as I don't like the terms of this plan. I even saw the bulletin addressed to all Telus Employees and it did not have any fine print stating that the plan did not include unlimited long distance so I had them ask their help desk for confirmation as the details of the plan sounded like it was unlimited long distance, the help desk advised that the plan did not include unlimited long distance. So please be cautious before getting this plan. I told the sales representative at the store that I was no longer interested in this plan as it is misleading.
This is how it has been explained to me;

Chosenphone.
The reps you have spoken to were all incorrect.
The LD is indeed unlimited and is a direct compete to Bell's Unlimited offer.
Believe what you may, but I've used LD at all times of the day, and have no deductions from my airtime as such on the billAll LD e/w calls show as full $0 Rated calls.
^As well, my online profile has "Unlimited LD" as a feature...but like mentioned, my bill clearly shows E/W LD calls not incurring ANY usage. The only calls that have consumed minutes are daytime outgoing.
I have seen the official "marketing" material though and see where the confusion arises...but trust that it is truly unlimited LD.
Thank you WorldIRC for clarifying it. I read the material that the Telus Employees received just as you did and the material implied that there is no charge for Canada to Canada/U.S. Long Distance. I am sure that anyone that would be told something by more than one representative at Telus would be inclined to believe them even though reading the bulletin clearly stated that Canada to Canada/U.S. Long Distance is included in the plan. I will call Telus again and try to get this plan. I am glad that you have seen the way the usage is allocated and confirmed that the North American LD is unlimited. Thank you.
Now that reminds me to ask about this on my new provider (WIND) too!

I'm trying to get this plan in Vancouver. We'll see what happens. Is it actually called 85 Small Biz Promo?
