Only two problems:
1) Would not download the carrier data network settings
2) My wife's Neo is getting way better data speeds (we are both on same non-smartphone plan). Also I had to use her phone to get the carrier data settings so they are identical. I'm seeing differences of over 1,000 kbps over numerous speedtest.net runs. Ray will generally be in the 1,300 kbps range and Neo in the 2,700 kbps range with peaks at 5,000 kbps. Ray never has peaks like that!
