    iPhones You guys got em?

    I am not a premier. Got one initial shipment of 4s and thats been it. Huge Apple market with no phones means I say good bye to the customer forever. I could not even get the old 4 last week.

    Whats everyone else getting?

    Im a premium, initially at launch got about 8 per store and have not seen any since. I have seen people walking into my stores getting them activated so verizon website is obviously fulfilling them. Inventory will not be available till 2012, that is what I think.

    Are you not a Direct Fulfillment agent? We are filling eROES pre-orders, and iPhones are shipping in about 2-4 days from the date of order.

    Are you premium? We've never been able to have Iconic Portal or direct fulfillment.

    No direct ship

    While I filled out the paper work and took the training for direct ship I dont have the option. I will try to find out who does and who doesnt have the option. We are not premium.

    I have not seen any myself. We were told to do the Iconic Portal training and we would have it before iPhone launch. Of course, that never happened as only premiums got it. Which doesn't make a lot of sense, as most premiums have been able to get some in store inventory, while us little guys have nothing.

    Yeah we did the training and everything as well. Then we were told that originally we were supposed to have the iconic portal with the device at launch but that changed like the day before launch. Have heard nothing since.

    That is horrible, I could understand if you are not an exclusive verizon agent but if the only thing you are selling is Verizon how can you survive if they dont give you the iphone? That is ridiculous and makes no sense.

    We've been doing the iconic path since launch date and I can say the phones come in really quick. When we go to place the order eros gives a ship date and it usually comes in quicker than that. I don't think any stores have the phone in stock, and I can say it gets annoying when the same people call everyday and you explain the only way right now to get a phone is to order it and it ships by x date etc etc, and the person goes ok and hangs up only to call again the next day with the same question. That rant of course is for another thread

    gotta love iconic order path. its been saving us. I feel really bad for any dealers that don't have that option. but i still cant believe that we are not getting any in stock til mid December if were lucky. ridiculous. man I hate apple.

    iphones

    We got iconic path late last week and were also able to get wht 16 4s thru VZ. Lucky because they are the only phones that are not being whored out right now.

    We've started to experience our Iconic Orders getting cancelled because we're having the orders sent to our store vs the customer's address. Are any of you experiencing the same? We've filled 50+, all of a sudden yesterday all my orders were cancelled.

    We haven't had that I did have an order mysterously not get placed and we had to re do the order of course at that point the timeframe for orders was moved two weeks. As far as I have been told the only person who can cancel an order is the customer themselves they would call up and cancel it
