Will the Nexus be the first world global roaming LTE phone?

My perfect phone would be on Verizon, have 4G LTE, and also UMTS 2100.

So far no phone has had these features (in fact the only American 4G+UMTS phone has been the Motorola Photon on Sprint), and these specs mention GSM at 900 & 1800 and UMTS at 2100 - everything I need for my trips.

Are these reports reliable, or is everything speculation until 11/25? Or is this for a separate HSPA+ variant? Basically, do we know if the Verizon unit will have both LTE and UMTS 2100?

    Edit: this doesn't bode well.

There is a separate HSPA+ variant. The LTE one is actually a little thicker than the HSPA+ one.

I wouldn't expect to see a global roaming LTE phone on Verizon anytime soon. I don't think they have the complications relating to having to use an LTE SIM and supporting a global SIM worked out yet.
