No one is saying you're incorrect. However, let's not put our interpretations into the matter. I'm sure everyone appreciates and understands how best to use the information that is given to them.
This forum is filled with loopholes that are purposely committed with the intention of gaining advantage on the customer's side. Illegal? Fraud? Will it stop you if yes? Should I try to stop you? You're entitled to an opinion just like I am and I believe you should make your own personal decisions and be responsible. Don't agree? Talk to the forum's moderator and close the thread but you will not stop the flow of information. (Sorry if I sounded too Ron Paul-ish)
To your credit veriztd, I had posted previously that the discussion of this topic should be handled with care. My answer: Yes, there is a way to have a smartphone with only a data plan but there may be liabilities.
