Yes, we removed them to prevent confusion between our previous offering and our new offering. Obviously everyone can find this thread at anytime. Even with your wild and totally off base previous comments we continue to participate.

I tried Zip Codes 59904 and 04416 which are not covered on any maps of other Sprint MVNO's that I know of. The NationPCS map gives conflicting information.

When I put 04416 in the NationPCS coverage map it says "BUCKSPORT,ME is covered!", but it shows a pin in that area that is in a shade of green that says "No Coverage". When I put in 59904 it says that is covered, but like Bucksport, the pin is in the green area that says "No Coverage".

I don't think that they are being intentionally deceptive, but that map needs to be corrected to make it clear where the coverage actually is. Prospective buyers need accurate coverage information. The current map does not provide that.
This is a programming issue. Previously our system did not have maps for areas that had no coverage, now it does, so the web site is simply confused. If a map is available it thinks the zip is covered. But, like you said, you can clearly see on the map there is no coverage in those areas. I told our programmers about this the day we launched, I'm sure they will have it fixed shortly.

@becomeamvno: Is it correct that NationPCS works only on Sprint and no other carrier's coverage?

Then you should have Virgin Mobile maps on your website rather than try and show roaming.

Sure its free advertising for you.

How long do you expect to maintain service this time around? What was it last time a month? 2 months? Is that off base that you left customers with no services and no advance notice? From the comments I saw at the time that's exactly what happened.

Great track record you have there. Something to be proud of.

What is the address for NationPCS? I see two dealers on your website in Dallas. Test Master and Test Sub. So YOU aren't even a dealer because there isn't an address listed for any real location.

    Test Master
    9999 Walnut St
    Dallas,TX, 75243
    (214) 555-1212

    Test Sub Again
    3737 Timberglen Rd
    Dallas,TX, 75287
    (214) 555-1212

Anyone considering doing business with this fly by night needs to read through this thread completely. Page 2 is where it starts to look bad but its worth reading the whole thread because it is your money.

I would never give money to an unknown with no verifiable address and this isn't an unknown its a fly by night who has already failed at this once.

LOL .... And you have a great track record of being a hater who really doesn't deserve to be addressed, but I couldn't help it, you keep us laughing.

    Moving on....

Just so everyone is clear on our past, we previously had an agreement with a MVNE of Verizon, they we're unable to continue providing the services for whatever reason and we are now providing service on the PCS network. We explained this on our Facebook page at the time. It was not our company who was going out of business but our underlying MVNE. We offered everyone refunds (PayPal) and starting Monday of next week we are offering all previous customers a $100 credit towards our new offering.

No, we do not have a store front so our address is not listed as a dealer.

Last week we moved out of our offices at 14785 Preston Rd in Dallas (quick Google search would show you this address) and we are currently operating out of a temporary location until our new office furniture is moved into our new location a little later this month, at which time I'll provide that address too.

We are now accepting orders at nationpcs.com and we have even bigger news next week.

    Have a great weekend!

So people should give their card numbers to you with a track record of going out of business leaving customers with no service?

Regardless of anything you say you left customers hanging. You have NO dealers do you?

I am not asking anyone for their debit or credit card numbers - YOU are so lets get that straight. I didn't take people's money and leave them with no service - YOU did.

The thread I linked to says all anyone needs to know.

Put your address on the website if you really have one. Of course google maps can find any real address - that doesn't mean your rip off company is actually there. I'm allowed to say that because took peoples money and left them with no service so it's true.

    Still laughing?

That BS about the MVNE going out ofg business? - You were the MVNE - Xila Telecom. What an absolute joke.

I'll shine the light on you with some of the better posts describing your business practices:

I got the Hanging Chad email too. I've requested their White Paper several times, validated my corporate phone number several times. They even asked if I got the Paper (I never did). But all I got was a 'cold' call trying to sell me stuff that I couldn't even validate. And now some luscious spam of them continually changing their buy-in strategies.

No thank you, but keep the soap-opera notices coming Chad, it's quite entertaining!

We got a flood of port requests from people who want to port in from Nation PCS this morning. The problem is, if their Nation PCS accounts are suspended/deactivated, they will probably not be able to port out :*(

I feel bad for the stores/dealers who paid $5000-$10,000 to get "in" to their dealer program. That's a scary loss.

It's very frustrating. It took 2 days for someone to actually tell us what had happened. And right now I'm hoping that my phone isn't locked to their account...it's a $400 phone! I've been without service since 11/9/11. I should have never left Page Plus!

We had our first NationPCS port this morning get rejected, because the number was no longer active with NationPCS. In cases such as these we refund the fee and close the port, because a number that is not active cannot be ported.

We still have other NationPCS ports pending, but I suspect the same will happen for them, as well

This worries me. It makes me wonder if all of those phone numbers, for those customers who got caught up in this mess, are now lost forever? :-( If I were one of those customers, and my number got lost in that mess, I would contact Verizon and the FCC immediately and complain. It's not the customer's fault
