As much as I hope that they announce OB for VM on Dec 1, it wouldn't make sense, it's an LG event, they don't announce a one-year old product on a 3rd tier pre-paid market in the U.S. It would have to be announced at a VM event. since it's "new & exciting" for VM, not LG.
Why can't we get a real good phone on Virgin Mobile?
There's a thread talking and polling the flicker and white screen problem for the motorola triumph, about 60% of responders didn't care much about that. It is still a decent phone IMO.
Then there's the Optimus which is superb.
I don't know how the wild fire is doing. But it's an HTC.
We do have good phones, we're just looking for faster phones and bigger screens.

I think the Optimus and Intercept were put on VM since they could do it in a hurry. It takes a long time to bring a phone from conception to retail ready.
Some think VM will offer devices that run parallel to Sprint and maybe at some point in the life cycle they will.
I'm of the opinion that last years model postpaid devices are ideal candidates for VM.
They have already shown the downside of trying to offer a device designed for prepaid with the Triumph.
I think we are done for a while.

And don't forget the Sprint event on November 28th. Between that and LG's event, I would really be disappointed if VM didn't get the Marquee.
IMO and based on past history at VMUSA, there won't be any new handsets introduced until February.
Here's to hoping that the Optimus Black comes out for VM with ICS

So maybe these are the venture/chaser? hopefully the specs are better than speculated so far.
The chaser looks similar to the Samsung conquer if it has the same specs with a 5mp camera with flash I would buy it
