also boost and virgin are not selling any more iden devices boost is hurting the most from this

Definitely buying as soon as it's available. A sub $200 price point for this new HTC One V is very appealing.

This might end up this years run away sleeper hit, if the iPhone does get released on VM this July. I hope they price the One V like they did the Wildfire S during the holidays, it looks like it would also be a great gift too.

LG is releasing 2 devices for Sprint, one an ultra high end monster("Eclipse") the other is lower spec'd (LG LS730 “Snapshot”). There's no confirmation yet on if it's Sprint postpaid or prepaid(Boost or Virgin) the LG LS730 “Snapshot” does not have LTE or WiMAX capability.

Virgin Mobile is substantially upgrading their device line up. They'll arguably have the best carrier specific phone line up of all the prepaid options on the market.

i must say im happy virgin mobile is the second prepaid company to get the iphone. I always talk virgin mobile up to all my customers and friends. this will show everyone virgin mobile is one of the top competitors in the prepaid market. I personally would never pay that much for an iphone. I'm a droid but it's totally worth it for people that need it. I know this is off topic and I complain about people being off topic regularly but I had to say it.sorry.

All these new phones represent the near completion of the new prepaid wireless approach @ Sprint. If this approach produces sufficient results do not be surprised if during the next 12 months we start to see most of the new releases arrive on Prepaid Virgin Mobile within a month of being released on Sprint's contract service.

What are the Sprint WiMax tablets?

The only Sprint WiMax tablet I can think of is the EVO View. As far as I can tell, it's probably out of production. The HTC Flyer (the wifi version) is also hard to find.
