Hey,
I just got the plan and $200 credit.
They told me that I have to call in every month to let them know to use the $20 credit towards my monthly bill? Why is that?
I thought it would take $20 credit automatically, and the rest of the money automatically from my credit card?
wheres the credit? is it in your "wallet"?
Ya the credit in my wallet now, I guess I can use that towards my next bill as I paid full this month.
But I was thinking why doesnt it take the $20 automatically rather than me having to move it from wallet to monthly payment every month?
Just sign up for an online account on Mobilicity's website. From there, you can transfer your wallet funds each month to put towards the next month's payment. Calling in would take longer.
How it works is that every time Mobi offers credits, it gets sent to the "Wallet" account. The "Payment" account is a different thing. So if you don't move the credits each month, it'll just draw $28 (or whatever plan you have) from your credit card, and you'll keep accumulating money in the Wallet.
The "Wallet" can be used for extraneous things - roaming etc - so they put the credit there. You can easily via the online portal, move the money to the 'payment' part.
