Bell iphone 4 on Virgin mobile?

does the Bell iphone 4 work fine on Virgin mobile? I am on a corporate plan with Bell at this time. But I am no longer with the company, I want to cancel from bell (Free cancellation) So I just want to know if my Bell iphone4 Will work on virgin mobile MTM? I don't even want data, just a talk and txt plan.

I have another Question, maybe someone will know. I can't seem to find the info. I am getting a yearly upgrade with my plan. If I do take it, and get a 4S and the phone is never activate on bell yet. What would happen if I stick my wife's telus sim in it? would it become a telus locked phone?

iPhones from Virgin or Bell are carrier locked, therefore you will need to get it unlocked.

What about the opposite. Will a Bell sim card works in a Virgin iPhone 4 with iOS 5 and latest modem ?

Curious to know if this worked for you. I'm considering signing up with Virgin and picking up a lightly used iPhone 4. But seeing as there are far more Bell iPhones than Virgin iPhones, I'm likely going to be purchasing one that's locked to Bell. I don't want to have to jailbreak/unlock it, so it'd be very helpful to me to know if an iPhone 4, locked to Bell, will work on Virgin.

A Bell phone will work on Virgin.
I'm useing a Bell Samsung Galaxy S2 on my Virgin account now.I have an iPhone 4 befor. I just got an adapter to make my micro sim from my iphone 4 to a full size sim and put it into a Bell galaxy s2.
Works great. No unlock needed.

It does for me too finally. It appears most of the iphone works but some not. So try it before you buy!!
