BELL - unlocked htc sensation 4g work with chatr?

I am thinking of purchasing the HTC SENSATION 4G from BELL (OR VIRGIN WIRELESS since both sell this phone).

If I get it UNLOCKED via a website like http://www.htcunlocksim.com and a CHATR SIM installed (and CHATR APN SET).. Will I be able to sign up for Chatr's $45/mo "Unlimited Talk & Text plus Data 100" and work SEAMLESSLY? What features will NOT work on the unlocked phone with the new UNLOCKED PHONE?

I hear SO many stories.. Many people claim that UNLOCKING with the code will not work and might not be able to send txt msgs, picture msg's or perhaps times out, etc.. Yet others say as long as the phone is UNLOCKED and the correct carrier (chatr) APN (not sure what that really is or how to, what to do..) that it would work perfectly..

Someone PLEASE tell me the TRUTH..

You can unlock for free from HERE and I can confirm it works, I used Method 2. Also yes CHATR will work as long as you have the correct APN
