You could try the better business bureau, but make sure to bring a long list ... there are tonnes of businesses that do the same thing - Staples, Walmart, Zellers... it's called marketing.

WHAT PHONE IS BETTER THE ZTE N762 OR UMX MAX?

i want to get one of them but cant find any good info on which is better

i looked on the internet for hours but no real help help. So I think im going to with the ZTE N762 just because i like the bigger screen.

I would have brought Android phone if it didn't need 3G data plan. I already have unlimited prepaid 3G EVDO from Telus

The Alcatels and Huaweis sold by WIND suck though. WIND doesn't have the good Huaweis and Acatels. That said there is a good possibility that the UMX MAX and $150 ZTE also suck. Its important that the discount brands have low-end androids. But not all of them are created equal. Low-end androids are like mystery meat. Many of them are laggy, unstable POS that have no business running android. Example: The Motorola Spice. It is my back up phone. I hate it. lol. Luckily I got it for free basically on a Mobi promo.

It seems like no one has bothered to buy the MAX yet. Lol. Id be interested in hearing about the phone and Public's EV-DO network.

i own a MAX from PM...

not a bad phone, but their first run of the phone sucked... and i had to replace mine once because of a bezel problem... the EV-DO network isnt too bad, but it could be better... i notice small things here and there that affected my use of the phone in 1 way or the other, but for a small company thats still trying to sprout, i give PM a thumbs up!

Even Less, I just got the ZTE N762 last week down from $199 to $99 and I am on a $35 everything plan, unlimited data, free international texts, unlimited texts, unlimited voice etc.

Now I have been with Rogers for years and have an iPhone under a 3 year contract that I pay $100 a month for but I bought the android for the hubby whose not very good with computers, smart phones etc but he has learned how to use my iphone and I need him to for work as we share a business so i needed him to get with the program and learn my iPhone.

Problem is hes so used to the iPHone now that he wanted an android but he cant get used to it so now hes taken over theiphone and I have the android LOL

But anything to make him happy and not confused and the android was confusing him as he was so used to where everything was on the iphone ( I had it jaibroken as well ) so now I have had to take over the inferior phone BUT I HAVE TO SAY i am pretty impressed with this phone and the price of the plan for the small a mount it cost and i think its a FANTASTIC deal LOL
