You need to do an ESN change not a port. Call Page Plus Customer Sevice and they can walk you through the change and setting up the Pixi. The Pixi will work just fine Page Plus.

I got a cdma Pixie Plus from Amazon because I read on various places that it can be used with Page Plus. I've spent good chunk of this afternoon trying to make this stuff work with no avail so far. Brief summary of my situation so far:
- I have an old phone on PPC with some balance on it
- I have a Pixie Plus that's currently unactivated
- I want to move my number and the balance to Pixie Plus
As for the Pixie Plus, when I turn it on, it tells me to choose language. After that, it tries to call Verizon to activate, which fails.
I've been reading that prepaid Verizon phones can no longer be activated on PPC. Does that apply to this?
I logged into PPC account page and submitted order for "I want to activate a phone and port my current phone number" thing. That seems to be for transferring from other carriers, however, and doesn't seem to have worked.
I have to confess it's the first time I'm trying to activate a phone of any kind (in the US) so a guide on steps to take to make it work would be great. I've read other posts on the forum on the topic but I'm still confused.
Thanks!

Thanks it worked without a hitch. Felt bad having the customer service lady wait on line while i was going through the Palm profile creation shenanigans.
