So, as of now I have been officially throttled.... Data max's out at about 160kbps and upload is capped at around 1mbit/s now and I don't know if its a coincidence but I have been kicked off the LTE network where I am in mid-town..
I am using an HTC Vivid LTE handset, my usage has been about 65% on LTE, 30% on HSPA+, and 5% on EDGE. Data usage is 5.2GB...
Same spot I typically get 12-14mbit/s down and 2-3mbit/s up...
Talked to someone with an iPhone in my market and they got the text at 5.5GB
Get ready everybody, its time to rock and roll!!!!
Edit: Look's like AT&T's Throttle point is 160Kbit/s unlike T-Mobile 64kbit/s and upload 1mbit/s

I'm about halfway through my billing cycle. I am a little surprised they would throttle a *4G* LTE phone THIS EARLY into my data usage, by comparison I have used well over 25GB this month on Verizon with my unlimited + unlimited tethering package. Of course Verizon doesn't throttle any 4G handsets unlike AT&T. And of course it doesn't make sense why I got kicked off LTE either.
SCREW YOU AT&T, I AM UNTHROTTLED following this helpful guide on XDAxD

Since you started the other thread, are you surprised?
I typically use 6-7 gigs a month, I use wifi when available. The thing is, down south, unless your in the city there's not a lot of hotspots around. We pay for unlimited, with a 5 gb cap, so if they want to throttle me@5gb that's cool. I personally don't feel he's being irresponsible, it's his money and his contract with AT&T
