Check your "my wallet" to see if there is any funds right now. You should have $20.00 right now when you first sign. The merchant that helped me set up my phone also help me set up the $200 credit plus $2 off each month with "pre-auth" payment

Check ur Wallet on the date or around the date when u got ur phone, I mean, if u got ur phone on the 5 of Nov then check My Wallet on or around Dec 5, it should be there but if u feel a bit icky u could also call CS and get some info on ur account (didn't say change, just ask), if u have any issues try sending an email. The thing is that some CSR don't have enough experience and may get things more messy so better deal with the motherload itself.
