A CS rep told me to email "[email protected]" but it's undeliverable. I need an email that I can attach pics of the bar codes and receipt.
I bought some older Net10 phones at a closeout/liquidation retain chain in my area. They bought these phones from a major national retailer in a liquidation lot in bulk. They were all supposed to be scanned when the lot was sold, but many were not scanned.
I've bought this phones at this discount chain for about two years now, and most phones I activated with no problem, but now it seems many of the phones being sold are not scanned, and they are being returned because they can't be activated.
I've called Net10 before and give them the number on the bottom of the box and they got it activated. But this time, they want a copy of my receipt, and photo scans of the bottom of the boxes, and this might not even get them scanned. Also I don't want activated now, I just want them retail scanned so when I go to activate a phone there will not be any problems.
Isn't there a way to check the IMEI on the Net10 site to see if it's been scanned? There is also the scan barcode number on the bottom of the box as well.
These old phones are a good deal because many of them are in the 300 minutes and 60 days of service packaging.
Thanks. I can't quite understand what they are saying most of the time.
please let us know the outcome
