For the 9780 BB Peeps OS 6.0.0.706 is available and works like a charm on Mobilicity

With the 9780 being sold for only $199 (wow...that's really a smoking price considering I paid $500 for it 6 months ago...) I figured it would be falling into the hands of more people real soon.

I updated my 9780 to the newest offering from BB- 6.0.0.706 and I can report that it works perfectly fine.

Reception this morning (I have NO idea if it's attributable to any one thing specifically) has been perfect (not one hiccup streaming radio while on the way to work) and all the apps on my device work fine and dandy.

can't say much about better battery life just yet, but nothing indicates it's any worse than before (still good)

some folks had mentioned issues with their BBM and memo pad app... none of those issues for me.

Figured I'd share to let others know it's available and works fine.

Good question! it's the "multilanguage" one which I think does NOT.

I have installed .668 version which people say it is basically identical to this one.
