Hello To All,
Someone I know gave me this phone because I could not afford a new one. Problems right from the beginning. I turn it on and it does say hello moto but after that everyhing freezes up. Doesn't matter if I plug it into my computer or an outlet. It always says the same. That stupid blue screen that says Bootloader USB Initializing. And it will NOT move!! Not even when I try to shut it off!! Only way to shut if off is to take the battery out. And when I put it back in, it starts all over again. Help!! There must be a way to fix this phone and still be able to use it. Thanks for any help. It will be very much appreciated. Looking forward to some answers soon. Take care and have a good night.
