We have been exclusively using Zaggs, and although we are not unhappy with the product......we are not delighted with some other things like shipping times and aggressive marketing direct to the consumer. Sometimes they seem to cut them too big, which makes fitting them a challenge.
Definitely want a long lasting product that will continue to look reasonably good where we can still make a decent margin.
It's just a screen protector go for generic, it does not make much of difference compared to name brand quality and price is cheaper.
This is not true, in fact screen protectors are one of the accessories you have to be very careful with, the majority of them have horrible quality and are impossible to put on without having a ton of bubbles on the screen. The good quality goes on seamlessly.

Completely agree. We have tried quite a few and the problem is they don't look good after a month or so and/or the bubble problem.
We try and buy direct from Zagg and they are in my opinion somewhat dysfunctional, and mainly this relates to slow delivery of product. Yes, we could spend another 20-25% and get them through a distributor, but we'd rather just go to another vendor of a top quality product. Hence the original question.
We sell the SmartSeries brand or get Verizon branded screen protectors. SmartSeries all seem to go on perfectly. Cut well, always seem to fit. EXCEPT when someone has an InCase iPhone case. Then, there are very few screen protectors that won't bunch up when you have both on. You can also get a matte finish on them which reduces glare. We sell more of those than the ones that have a glossy finish because oil and makeup don't show up as much and they reduce glare. I use them on my iPhone and I replace mine every 3-4 months. Not too bad for a screen protector. I replace them because of scratches and such, never because they start peeling up. We get them from Offwire. And I think Tessco carries them as well.
I have used ZAGG for 3 years now and never had an issue. You can't beat the lifetime warranty on them either. They may be a little more, but you are also getting a premium product.
Can you provide more info? When I worked for an indirect and handled inventory/ordering, we got a lot of products from Offwire and never had any issues.

Yeah, we have never had any issues. Very good about taking DOA back, and warranty process is easy compared to Tessco or anything QMadix. Our Offwire rep is really nice. Definitely have never had any complaints.
