Unlocked iPhone 3GS or Samsung Exhibit II 4G on $50 / Month Daily 4G

    What do you think/prefer?

I was thinking of buying a Samsung Exhibit II 4G to use on the $50/month prepaid plan then I saw that Apple is selling unlocked iPhone 3GS for $375.

I currently have a T-Mobile Comet which cannot hold a charge for too long; I have never owned an iPhone.

My head tells me to go with the Samsung (4g, lower cost, newer phone) but my heart tells me to go with the iPhone.

    What do ya think?

No brainer...Samsung. Had a iPhone for a few months and cannot understand all the platitudes. The whole itune thing is a pain in the rear, battery sucks, reception is ok, but inferior to the HD2 and Optimus T for signal strength. And the big one: absolutely no tethering or hot spot feature. Using my Optimus T, I frequently use the hotspot to connect my laptop. I'm currently trying to find a G2X at a decent price...friend has one and it's the bomb.
Btw, if an iPhone fanboy, they are/were on sale at dailydeals for $259., brand new and unlocked.

Also, the iphone is pretty much almost useless for data on EDGE speeds, which is what you will get if used on tmobile.

Samsung. I like the Android OS better than iOS. Easier to get it do things you want it to. The only reason for the iPhone imo would be if it was cheaper, but it is north worth it on T-mobile for $375.

Also, consider that the iPhone 3G[S] is only sold as an 8 GB model (as is the iPhone 4.)

The Exhibit 1 gets great battery life.
