I think its time to open up a coverage mapper section for Public Mobile now that they have a 3G network with 2 android phones.
Then we can get a better idea of how the coverage density in the region looks like...

Its best to map out your towers with QXDM OTA logging. I haven't used PM because I can't receive Bell CDMA in my area, I am afraid the same problem with PM.
The HSPA is 5mhz wide compared to CDMA 1.25mhz wide, also Fido/Rogers has 800mhz which would help a bit
