Unhappy Well that didn't take long.. Dead/Stuck pixels on my brand new Triumph

Bought my Triumph on Cyber Monday. Had it in my possession for approximately four days.

Thought I might have been lucky and got one of the good Triumphs.

Then, within the last two hours or so I noticed them.

Two blatantly obvious white pixels that show about a centimeter apart from each other whenever the screen is black. Also a third shows up, depending on what angle you look at the screen from.
They don't show up for any other color, as least from what I have seen so far.

I guess this begins the return fiasco that I've heard other people having to do. Other than the pixels the phone seemed to be great. No other issues I have noticed, but I am also a first time android user, I haven't experienced any other android phone so I have nothing to compare to.

I just ran Pixel Fixer V2.0.0 for 20 minutes with no luck. I also ran the diagnostics test that comes on the phone.

I hope if I return this I don't get a worse brand new phone with more issues....

Anyone else have issues with dead/stuck pixels on their triumphs? I'd like to hear your stories and the outcome.

I am sorry to hear that. We purchased two Triumphs in July and had no problems with displays and no need to exchange. So, there are good ones out there. There is nothing to do but exchange the defective one with VM and hope for a good display.

Could you type *#*#372#*#* in your dialer and post Panel Type, Touch Firmware, and the issue to What's your LCD panel type? (Triumph) before exchanging the phone?
