Under Shipment Facts, look at Service Type. Like if it says Blah blah service - Direct Signature Required...

FedEx 2Day Pak "

Theres been discussion among the Android/CM community if this is indeed CM or not. Some say its just AOSP Android with a few of the tweaks from CM, such as the Notification Status Bar Menu.

The only way that you could have a debate on this subject is if the person you were debating could not read. The phone has the CyanogenMod license agreement in the legal section. And when you boot into the bootloader, it specifically refers to ClockworkMod Recovery.
