First let me say that I am not familliar with kyocera at all. Now that being said, a friend of mine brought me a phone he was trying to flash from metro to cricket. He said he was using cdma workshop and was trying to read/change the spc and it went into FTM Mode and he could not get it out. I hooked it back up to my cdma workshop and it seems to be effectively "stuck". Now, Like I said I am not too familiar with kyocera phones but I am assuming that FTM mode is some sort of DM mode and not standing for "For total Morons mode". But how do we get it out of this mode? I have tried to place it into dm mode and then reset it but it will not work. Did he brick the phone or is there something that I am missing. He brought it to me because I am the only other person he knows that can reprogram phones (only slightly longer time then he has) and it is not necessarly a phone that he should have bricked. In other words "it's not his". I sure would hate for his head to be found with all the other "bricked" heads that do this. So any and all input would be appreicated. Also, dude is kicking himself enough I think.
Oh, the phone is a kyocera s2300

Thanks in advance.
