LG Beacon not receiving picture messages

I just bought the LG Beacon almost a week ago. Everything was fine with the phone, even receiving picture messages. Now, when someone tries to send me a picture message, it gets to 100% and then freezes. I can't do anything else with the phone when this happens, I can't even turn the phone off. So I have to take out the battery to get it to restart.

I heard other people were having this problem with the phone also. So, is there a way to fix it? And why is it doing it?

My Beacon Is Doing The Same Exact Thing -___- I Just Removed The Battery From The Phone To restart it But For Now Thats All You Can Do :/
