First keitai phone! I have some questions! Docomo Fujitsu F06B

I'm about to get my first japanese phone, the fujitsu f-06b. I know the basics(need a hypersim, cant send picture messages, and cant get data). Would the phone work with a prepaid tmobile sim card? Is it possible to get apps on the phone? The only thing i really care about is Skype. Also, im not buying this phone new, so should i trust that itll still work as being waterproof? Or should i not take any chances?
Also, does anyone have or have had this phone? What are your opinions on it?

    Thanks!

I'm willing to bet a Mr. SIM or iNEX would probably get it to work.

    It's all good (^_^)
