The early adopter tax doesnt interest me. I will pick one up in a few months probably.

Nice hands on. I messed with it in the store today and was pretty impressed.

So after a couple back and forths with CSR today I was able to get the 3G-to-4G deal to go through. $149.99 after my last NE2, shipped and out the door.

Should have it in a couple of days. Can't wait.

My corporate discount made the spare battery/charger and navigation dock $30 each. Which is better than the $40 regular price. The store didn't have them in stock so they are shipping them to me.

Bought an anti-glare screen protector with the phone cause I like them and saw a phone that didn't have the anti-glare and it was super-reflective.

The rep showed me the other accessories they had, and the only difference between their list and the one online was that the portrait HDMI cradle was on there but couldn't be ordered yet. I think the price on that was $29.99.

I called *611 and got nowhere. It comes up $250 for me on the website, but for her it was $300. So she went into my account and ordered the phone as I would and saw the $250. And I had her find the 3G>4G promotion and she read all its details, and said it wasn't available for me. She called an Ohio store to ask if they were giving it out, and they said they weren't. I guess I'll try again. I really don't want to order through a third party, but Let's Talk for $175 is looking very nice, although I think they're backordered now.

What is this deal you're talking about? I've been with VZW for 8 years and have the original Droid, (bought at launch, so I'm eligible for whatever crappy NE2 deal they have now). So I too would be going from 3G to 4G. What was the deal to get this for $149.99 and how did you get it?

As I said in my earlier post, I want this phone, but I can't justify $300 on it. $150? That's a different story...

Its labeled something like "3G to 4G $100 off" or "CH4GE". I had to pester some reps, some said it was business customers only, some said it was midwest only, others said Chicago only.

However after being told I could use it two days ago, after kicking it around today between the original rep who ok'd it they called me back and said they could do it.

And you may or may not have an NE2 still. You would have to log in to VZW online and check that via upgrade status.

Can someone link somewhere with the official docks? I'd like to see prices on the spare battery/charger, HDMI and car dock (car dock found). Hrm, it seems the GSM car dock is superior to the VZW one as it uses the three pin connector to charge and only requires you to plug the charge cable into the dock and not the phone. See here.

Does the spare battery charger come with a NFC-capable battery?

Does anyone notice that anything white looks kind of grayish with serious screen door effect going on?

If I turn off auto brightness, everything seems like a normal level of white. But with auto brightness(which it kind of on the low side), all whites look kind of grayish with a screen door effect.

Ive got one and i must say im pretty impressed. Best Screen ive ever seen on a phone period. Ice Cream Sandwich is Super Smooth. The only thing im noticing is that the phone drops to 3G more often than i would like in 4G coverage areas.

I just had a rep offer me the phone for $269 (with NE2), $20 Gift card and unlimited data. I thought they were done with the unlimited data option.

Guess not. Take it! In a way, it's priceless.

I'm able to upgrade two OG Droid Incredibles on 12/28. Since the NE2
was still available then (2 years ago), are we able to use it now and
will it be $100 or $50 per phone? I'm also seeing talk about keeping
the unlimited data, how does this work? Do we just keep the same plan
we have now? or is there another way?

    Thanks!
