HUP at bestbuy mobile

If i do a HUP at a bestbuy mobile can they access my fido account for fido dollars?

And do i have to bring anything to show that i am the account owner?

never done a hup at a store before.

Yes they can.

You need two pieces of ID. One needs to be government issued with a photo and your DOB. Health cards in Ontario are generally not accepted, however it is up to the discretion of the dealer to accept it as ID since none of the ID information is being recorded in this instance. Your secondary can be a major credit, SIN, birth certificate etc...

only account holders can renew/take new contracts.

Authorize Level 1 & account owners can proceed with a Loyalty Handset Order...

As for any phones though the Fido Reservation System, one the account owner can go in store to pick up the phone...
