having a small problem now. When I connect the phone to my computer, i am not able to access my phone. the window for internal and external memory wont appear. Why is that? Also, all of my apps stayed in the internal memory when i did the change-up. So since the internal 4Gig is now the external, I can't reach the apps that were there before the change-up in order to delete them. How can i solve this?

I guess Miketool isnt around. Anyone else using this Mod? Hows it working out? Any downsides?

The downside is what i posted. It works perfectly. But once applied, when you connect the phone to your computer, the windows that are suppose to open up for Internal/External memory, don't open up. If this issue is fixed, then it will be completely perfect. I had to undo this for the time being, in order to be able to connect the phone to my computer.

Yes. But you wont be able to get to your files by connecting the phone to your computer. So you wont able to add anything from your computer, onto your phone, unless of course, you take out the external memory yourself, and place it into your computer. That's IF your computer has a slot for a microSD, xD, or SD/MMC

I'm sorry Cannt you use root exploer to see and open the files on both drives? You can add new files that way?

Example: how would you go about transfering pictures and music from your computer, onto your phone? through root explore?

i think u should ask some1 to give u back a copy of whatever file u replaced in order to go back, although mike is a very helpful person and is one of the first to have made root possible for our phones i dont think this modification has been perfected.

Way ahead of ya' lol. I have a copy of both the original, and the one mike provided us with. So I have the option to switch when ever I choose to. Life is good! Until of course, this is perfected.

hi guys, sorry im late...
well i did this and screwed it up. can anyone help me restore to way it was?
i swapped out the ''vold.fstab'' file for mikez zip... now sd not be recognized or showing up anywhere (root explorer, rom manager, titanium etc.) says um mounted sd... so i grabbed the original from the ROM and pushed it via adb to system/etc and nothing....
I see ppl here have had trouble and were able to restore... pls i need help with that, the phones running but no access to back ups or nothing. usb to pc dont work.nothing... any suggestions on getting back to before would be greatly appreciated...
