Galaxy Nexus Overheating

When I make a call for more than about 10 minutes the top of the phone gets real hot, anytime more than about a 25 min conversation is very uncomfortable....anyone else having that issue?

I noticed that my phone gets pretty hot while I'm playing games...

I haven't spoken on the phone for that long, but I did notice that the top, both the screen and the back, gets pretty warm even when I'm just using an app to read or just looking at a website for a while.
