I really like my 9810, it probably my favorite Blackberry at the moment. If the screen and keyboard were a tad bigger it would be the perfect BB.
Phone OS's used; iOs, Android, BB 6&7, WP 7.5
Current phone OS's; Blackberry 7, Window Phone 7.5

    Agreed. I upgraded a 9000 to a 9810 and am very happy.

I have ordered probably 7 or 8 of the new blackberries, 9930 and the Torch on Verizon. Torch came out of box defective. Replacement died after 2 months. 2 of the 9930's have died so far, and one arrived damaged. That's a extremely high failure rate! I was hoping that the new crop of blackberries would be good, but I guess RIM cheaped out on the hardware.

well, personally I have had 4 blackberries in my life and every single one of them worked perfectly! My friend bought bold 9700 brand new the day it was released and it has been 3 years since and works fine.
