Hello,
I'm having a problem where when my phone is turned on the screen works but when the phone is closed I can't see anything. To get the screen to work I have to shut down the phone and turn it back on and I cannot close the screen without it doing it.
I checked inside my phone and the white indicator is now red which I think means somethings wrong with it. I opened the screen and nothing was wrong with that. I have had the phone for about 5 years and have had no problems until now and I'm not sure why...
