    Switching from Rogers to Speakout

    Question:
Is it possible to buy and activate Speakout now and port my Rogers number to it later?

    Answer:
Yes, possible. But call to confirm that your Rogers number is portable.

Yep, I also believe this is the only way possible too. You always get an initial / temp number at first then port in afterwards.

Once you port a number, the account associated with the number is deactivated. You can't do both.
