    How to activate Andriod without data plan?

    Is it possible?
    25GB Cap? DIY Telnus prepaid/Koodo unlimited EVDO internet (for $10 per 2 months, to keep account "Active"), Max 3Mbps download speed, if you roam on Bell (free), then you get non-NATed IP

    A more interesting question since no contracts involved is what happens if you activate data then change plans after?

    The system will not allow them.
    CDMA - the SIM is located in your phone, persay. So they know what phone you have and are using.
    Nevermind Bell.. LTE is fine.
