Please help Troubleshoot Problems with Evo View 4G Tablet

I just purchased a new Evo View 4G ( the Flyer with Sprint's Cellular radios ) tablet unrooted and completely stock and I am having a couple of small problems. First, when using the internet when I click on a text field to enter text sometimes the on screen keyboard pops up and sometimes it does not. Is there a way to control this? Second, when surfing the web sometimes the tablet will play audio and sometimes it won't.

Although the tablet is new, it was packaged very poorly and bounced around in shipping. I don't know if these problems were caused as a result to damage sustained in shipping or if there is some software problem. This is my first Gingerbread device and my first HTC Sense device. One last thing, the Evo View is marketed as having 32 GB but the tablet says the total memory is less than 20 GB and the avaiable memory just a small fraction of that. Again this tablet is stock. I have not downloaded anything yet.

If you just got it, why don't you ask the vendor about this problem ? It must be in warranty right now.
