Here is the story with phones as of 6/7

Samsung Focus: Network settings app...MUST have phone unlocked and PUK code entered in diag menu
Samsung Flash and S: Wireless Setup app, but also a diag menu hack for providers like ST/Net10
    Dell: diag menu hack
HTC: Connection Setup, but nothing for Straight Talk and doesn't work with Titan II
Nokia: Their app is currently pulled from Marketplace.
LG: Their app doesn't work that I can tell.

    PhonieBalongna,

MMS is not a complete deal breaker, but it is feature that I would like to have. I don't understand why it is such we can't edit these setting easily. I like the Windows Phone OS, its simple fresh and quick. I'll stick for android for now until this gets fixed.

I tried the connection Setup with my HTC HD7s phone, and my mms still isn't working. I'm not sure what coding I should put for the APN. I have tired multiple things. SO what should I enter for

    APN:
    User Name:
    Password:
    Proxy server/URL:
    Proxy port:

    Please help!

The Nokia Network Setup app is now on the marketplace. But, for me, using redpocket in my unlocked Lumia 710, everything works but MMS. There is a place to enter APN for mms but the redpocket folks have not yet figured out what the settings are. I was told the phone does not have mms feature, but it sure works fine on tmo.

Just to let everyone know, that you need the Samsung Wireless Manager app, however it's the biggest piece of ****. When I first got the phone in December it didn't work, then there was an update in February which allowed you to set the settings correctly and everything worked great. However, Samsung released an update for the app and now when entering the MMSC address I get the message:

"MMSC address is too long, please enter a shorter MMSC and try again."

Like really Samsung? REALLY? They obviously have zero quality control.

What pisses me off most about WP7.5 is that I can't roll back applications. Like for instance the latest What's App is a POS and I would've installed it, but I was away for a week and then read the latest reviews with lot's of people complaining about it. From now on I'm going to wait at least two weeks before installing any app updates.

    * I tried these settings:

6 Year Client, Plan Negotiated October 2011:

+$15 - Corporate National Calling 15 (Unlimited North American long distance)
+Free- Package 15 (Caller ID, Unlimited text & picture messaging, Voicemail 10)
    +5% Tax
    = $84.00

I tried this on my LG Optimus 7 and it didn't fix the problem It just reset my APN settings.
