    Browsers and SmartPhones

I am new to making websites for SmartPhones. For starters, can all existing browsers run on every SmartPhone?

If you mean desktop webpages, yes they can, but not with all smartphones and sometimes not all features are shown.

Flash is not supported by all android phones. Popular models like the optimus can't run flash.

Only on "weak" low end phones is Flash not supported.

Most devices have most browsers. Android is the only one that won't say no to a browser unless it's doing something illegal.

The optimus is extremely low end by today's standards. Chances are someone that bought an Optimus will be up for renewal soon.

Any phone running at least 1GHz processor single core(today's typical free phones) will handle Flash just fine. Most phones are dual core and there are several free or $50 phones that are dual core.
