NEED HELP! phone update gone bad

I upgraded my banter touch using LG's mobile support tool and when it was done I checked my phone and it doesnt work right anymore. ican only access the contacts and dialpad, the rest turn to a white screen. Also, my esn was changed to all zeroes and so did my spc anythings appreciated

ok thank god i backed up my phones NV memory now my only problem is the empty menu and the update program says its up to date so icant update

Factory reset the phone:

Phone Settings and Security.
4. Enter the four -digit lock code, for metro pcs it's the last 4 digits of the phone number was activated with.
5. Touch Reset Default.
6. Touch OK.
7. A message will pop up that says “All settings will revert to factory default.”
8. Touch Revert or Cancel .
9. Enter the four-digit lock code.The phone returns to configuration default

nevermind it was fixed with upgrading using LGNPST but thanks anyways wouldnt help much since it had no menu at all :P
